The IAP Award 2022 Winning Jury citation as presented by the esteemed panel of judges which include: Ar. S. M. Jehangir Khan Sherpao, Mr. Rashid Rana, Ar. Iftikhar Mahmood Azam, Ar. Dr. Shama Anbrine, and Ar. Saad Mahmood Khan.

This residence, catering to the needs of three generations of a diverse family, was recognized by intelligent juxtaposition of spaces, both horizontal and through levels, around the central courtyard, encapsulating a Ficus tree, which acts as a corner for the family areas and segregation between visitor’s areas. The whole premises sit within a beautiful site overlooking Margalla Hills, is articulately landscaped with well thought use of surface materials to facilitate ageing and merging with the environment.
