Essentially a conceptual project, the KOFF Headquarters is a state of the art modern building that celebrates a visionary space responding to the traditional spatial needs of a corporate building in a futurist architectural environment. The building is an emblem of modernity with its exposed structure, use of rectilinear lines and bold geometry.
The building is primarily visualized as a glass block being sheltered by a concrete frame retrofitted with green pockets in between to give the employees a sense of calm in an otherwise hectic corporate environment. The building enjoys picturesque views alongside ample visual connectivity and accessibility from the street level as well.
